The vision of having “Community Offices” across our region has become the focus and mandate of our Non-Residential programming, as it has proven to be very beneficial as the first “point of” contact for families dealing with addiction. The Community office facilitates action in the fight against addiction by supporting and referring people to real life-changing help — a strategy that ultimately serves the whole community as it initiates and helps provide long term lasting change.
At Adult & Teen Challenge we believe that by working with and bringing communities together, we can effectively “Put Hope Within Reach” in the lives of those affected by a wide variety of life-controlling issues.

First Point of Contact
Those struggling with addiction will occasionally ask for help in a crisis on their own, however ATCCC recognizes that it is often a loved one of someone struggling that reaches out for help initially. The Community office workers will be readily available to provide immediate support, addiction recovery mentoring, and coaching to the families in their community and advice for the loved one.
Non Residential Support Programs
Families benefit immensely by getting help themselves first, as they generally have no training or education on how to help their loved one, and their loved ones are not often ready for any help. The ATCCC Community office provides education and training programs such as the Concerned Persons Program and Boundaries, however they also offer in person support as they walk alongside families on the journey. If their loved one in addiction isn’t ready for the residential program, we provide a non-residential support program called the Lifeline Group.
ATCCC community office workers will work to build relationships with many of the relevant organizations and services existing in the local community to be most effective in coaching and mentoring. ATCCC workers will facilitate the application and admission of anyone committed to progressing into our 1-year programs.
ATCCC workers will plan and provide consistent Recovery themed chapels and Spiritual Guidance.
Successful Living Program
Successful Living is our response to the need for the reintegration of the loved one who completed the one year program. The Director of this program is the ambassador and the hands and feet to help facilitate this crucial transition. Graduates of ATCCC need continued connection, ministry opportunity, involvement, employment, and accountability.
Fundraising, Networking and Social Enterprise
ATCCC workers must connect with local business people, associations, local faith communities, government leaders, law courts, law enforcement, and organizations serving the marginalized. We must also promote and host important fundraising events such as dinner banquets, snowmobile rides, Men’s breakfasts, Women’s teas, door to door ministry, local fairs, and events.
