We are looking for a Phase Manager to provide leadership for our Students. This will include personal mentorship, teaching class, building family relationships, filing student request forms and helping each student develop a plan for a successful future. This role is based out of our Brandon women’s home and this person will report to the Program Director while working in collaboration with other ATC Phase Managers and Successful Living and SURGE Directors.

Day to day assist the manager in all aspects of the Super Thrift Thunder Bay store: organization, receiving product by donation, pricing items for retail, structuring of sales floor and supervising front line staff.

Provide service to customers and clients, sort and price incoming merchandise and assist management in store operations as required. Contribute to meeting store sales, budgets and maintaining good customer relationships, ensuring stock is rotated in a timely manner.

Provide administrative and phone support while presenting information and services offered by Adult & Teen Challenge to vehicle donors, thrift store donors, and program applicants. Directing phone calls to appropriate staff members.
