Job Location: Thunder Bay

Day to day assist the manager in all aspects of the Super Thrift Thunder Bay store: organization, receiving product by donation, pricing items for retail, structuring of sales floor and supervising front line staff.

Provide administrative and phone support while presenting information and services offered by Adult & Teen Challenge to vehicle donors, thrift store donors, and program applicants. Directing phone calls to appropriate staff members.

Provide service to customers and clients, sort and price incoming merchandise and assist management in store operations as required. Contribute to meeting store sales, budgets and maintaining good customer relationships, ensuring stock is rotated in a timely manner.
